7-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Maddy Ying Jewellery, we prioritize your satisfaction with your online purchase. We offer a 7-day appreciation period after your purchase, giving you time to see and feel your item in person. If you’re unsatisfied with the item, you can raise a refund request during this period to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase.

Kindly note that this policy does not apply to sales items, which are final and not eligible for return or refund.

Conditions for returns:

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The return request must be emailed to assist@maddyyingjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The goods must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition.

  • All product tags, security loop, and original packaging must be intact including the product’s certificate of authenticity and any other accessories that were delivered together with the item including free gifts. The goods are strictly non-returnable if the tags, security loop, and original packaging are broken.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods that involve personalization are not eligible for return.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

  • All sales items are final and not eligible for return or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at assist@maddyyingjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Goods returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend purchasing insurance for your return shipment to cover any loss or damage during transit. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Any incurred custom duty and taxes during the return process will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Notification:

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time (approximately 7-14 working days) for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
